REGISTRATION OPEN: Oct. 20 New Horizons Conference

The next decade will reshape the places where we live and work in the Pittsburgh region.

Rapid growth in data and artificial intelligence, rising energy demand, aging infrastructure, new technologies, and changing patterns of development are creating challenges, and opportunities that will require new thinking across sectors.

The “New Horizons: Infrastructure, Energy, and Data in the Coming Decade” conference on Oct. 20 will bring together leaders from government, industry, higher education, utilities, engineering, economic development, and communities to explore the infrastructure decisions that will define the coming decade. Keynote address will be given by Christina Cassotis,  Chief Executive Officer of the Allegheny County Airport Authority. Registration is now available on the programs and webinars page of the CEBE website or by clicking here!

Join us for a morning of conversation about what we build, how we power it, how we pay for it, and how we prepare our communities for what comes next. Presented by the Center for Energy and the Built Environment at Washington & Jefferson College, conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton Washington Meadowlands, 340 Racetrack Road, Washington. The event is free and open to the public.

The full agenda will be released soon. Registration is now open by clicking here!
